See what happens and if the noise is similar. Clicking/grinding from somewhere on the drivers side (cant really tell if its front or back) as the wheel turns. Check the u joints in your axles. I've seen people drop their rear shaft, mostly people that installed a SYE kit and are waiting for their new shaft to get delivered, and drive around in 4Hi (Front wheel drive). If this gives you the squeak, look under the dash at the top of the pedal (where it goes through the fire wall) and there is a boot around the shaft. It only does it while accelerating (neutral it stops making the noise (or makes it to the point where I can't hear it over the engine). e.
